This two-hour interactive session will allow the participants to put Ed Schein’s theory to practice in the skill development areas of 1) asking for help, 2) giving help and 3) receiving help.
At the end of this session, you will have a working familiarity with Ed’s concepts of Humble Inquiry as a means of giving help, layered with Celina Mattocks’ modern approach to asking for and receiving help.
